Boasting directional Freeride 3BT shape and high camber, the Thunder Storm is an aggressive, directional, mid flexing ride that is designed to destroy deep powder, carve apart groomers, and ride hard and fast all over the mountain.

High camber creates a more energetic and responsive ride, demanding an aggressive approach to fully harness its power and excel in precision, pop, and edge hold but require skill to control. Low camber provides a smoother, more forgiving experience, making turns effortless and enhancing float in powder, especially at lower speeds. While Medium camber is the perfect combination of both. No matter the level, all camber profiles extend from nose to tail. However, higher doesn’t always mean better—choosing the right camber depends on your riding style, skill level, and preferred terrain.

By elevating the edges, it also improves turn initiation, making edge-to-edge transitions smoother, faster, and more controlled for a responsive and confidence-inspiring ride in all conditions.

This topsheet 3D effect incorporates a subtle taper along the top of the sidewall, which narrows the top profile. This design not only reduces weight but also enhances the precision of your carves.
Laminate: Tri-Ax, Carbon Stringers, D.S.T. SuperTubes
Tri-Axial fiberglass is engineered for maximum strength, minimal weight, and exceptional responsiveness. This high-performance weave enhances the flex profile, providing extra reinforcement for our more aggressive boards, ensuring precision and control at high speeds.
Additional carbon layups are strategically placed to fine-tune the flex, response, and overall feel of each board, ensuring optimal performance tailored to its design.
SuperTubes are lightweight, hollow carbon cylinders embedded directly into the core to enhance camber, reduce weight, and dramatically increase pop. Their strategic placement allows for precise tuning of a board’s performance. D.S.T., Dual SuperTubes are positioned on either side of the board and amplify pop and add extra snap to the camber, creating a more responsive and dynamic ride.

For excellent strength to weight ratio, this core has a 1:2 blend of Poplar and Paulownia.

By using Urethane sidewalls instead of standard ABS, you get a sidewall that bonds the sidewall to the core more effectively creating a more durable and damp construction.
