Shipping & Delivery

We currently only offer shipping within Australia. Any international shipping will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  

All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within Australia. Regular orders under $150 incur a $10 flat shipping fee and will be sent via standard Australia Parcel Post.

For shipping of smaller item’s, we use Australia Post and for Larger items we use TNT. Once items are sent you will receive an email containing your tracking number (where applicable).

FOR ALL LARGE ORDERS INCLUDING SNOWBOARD AND/OR BINDING ORDERS PLEASE PROVIDE A BUSINESS ADDRESS OR AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY WHERE SOMEONE WILL DEFINITELY BE THERE TO RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL.

All orders will be processed in store within 48 hours.

Australia wide parcel post shipping times are 3 or more business days.

*Delivery dates may vary due to weekends, public holidays, sale days or unexpected schedule disruptions.

*Time 2 Ride holds no responsibility for the period of time it takes for your parcel to reach you once it has left our building.

On the occasion that we do not have your product in stock but are able to especially order it in for you,  shipping may be delayed. If this is the case our customer service team will be in contact with you to advise an ETA.

Delivery

Providing a mobile number on your order will allow us to include this on the delivery address. Australia Post often log phone number's so that you can receive notifications via text on the day your item is to be delivered.

Please ensure you have provided the correct address and that you look out for cards to advise when no one has been home to receive. For Snowboards, Bindings and any larger orders please provide a business address and clear instructions for delivery to ensure the product/s are received.
