What payment methods do you accept?

For online purchases we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. You also have the option to pay via Paypal and Afterpay.

 

Do you do Afterpay/Zip Pay?

Yes, We offer Afterpay on our online store. We do not have the in store add on at the moment but you are able to complete the transaction using Afterpay online and pick up in store. We do not currently offer Zip Pay. 

 

How do I find Time 2 Ride?

We are located in what’s called the town centre of Jindabyne. Just around the corner from the Banjo Paterson Inn and downstairs from Beach Burrito. The address is:

What are your shop hours?

WINTER
In winter we are open 7 days a week. Hours may vary slightly in low season (June and September) but will be updated on the ‘Contact us’ page of this website. Peak Season hours:

Monday              7am – 8pm+
Tuesday             7am – 8pm+
Wednesday        7am – 8pm+
Thursday            7am – 8pm+
Friday                 7am – 9pm+
Saturday             7am – 9pm+
Sunday               7am – 8pm+

SUMMER
In summer we are open Tuesday – Sunday. Shop hours are:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, International shipping will be reviewed and quoted on a case by case basis.

 

Do you offer refunds?

No, we don’t sorry. So please choose carefully. We can offer exchanges or store credits so long as you have your proof of purchase and the item is returned within 14 days. Please see our Return Policy page for more info.

 

I haven’t received my order?

You should receive an email confirmation once your order is sent providing you with a tracking number. For smaller items we use Australia Post and you can track your order HERE. For larger items (e.g. Snowboards) we use TNT and you can track your order HERE.

How much is Shipping?

All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within Australia. Under $150 will cost $10 to anywhere in Australia.

 

Can I just pick up my order in store?

Of course you can! You can select 'Pick Up In Store' on the shipping page when checking out your cart. Alternatively you can call or email us at time2ridejindabyne@gmail.com or 02 6456 1924 to discuss your options.

 

Is it safe shopping with Time 2 Ride?

Yes, credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Our website is hosted by Shopify which is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL certificates to keep your details safe.

 

How do I use my gift voucher or store credit?

You can use gift vouchers and store credits in store or online. Online, during checkout you will see a space for ‘Gift Card’ on the right-hand side under the product displayed. Enter the Gift Voucher or Store Credit code here to apply it to the payment.

 

Help. My item is faulty!

We are sorry to hear this! We will endeavour to do everything we can do hep with faulty items and warranty claims. If you think your item is faulty please email us at time2ridejindabyne@gmail.com with a detail description of the item and issue, along with clear photos. Can I cancel, change or add things my order?

As long as your order has not shipped, we can cancel your order and issue a store credit. If you would like to add something or change in anyway please contact us as soon as possible on 02 6456 1924 and we can organise it for you or simply place another order and we will bundle them up.

 

How long does shipping take?

Online orders will be processed in store within 48 hours and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times will vary dependent on item and location. Have a look at or Shipping & Delivery page for more info.

 

What if I receive my order and I don’t like it/it doesn’t fit?

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds. In the case that the product you order doesn’t meet your expectations or doesn’t fit we can offer an exchange or a store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable (and will not be added to store credits) and return costs, including the cost to resend on exchanges, are at the expense of the customer. How do I go about returning something?

How long is the expiry on gift vouchers and store credits?

36 months.

 

Can you refund a gift voucher or store credit?

No. Gift vouchers and Store Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
